Parental T-Shirt was born from the creative journey of Distribute Merchandising, a pioneering brand that won the Danamon Award in 2008. Founded by Ompei and Asiah Musadi (Teh Aas), Parental T-Shirt grew out of Bandung’s vibrant community spirit, blending screen printing expertise with cultural storytelling.

With a complete in-house studio and decades of experience, Parental T-Shirt has become more than just a garment company—it’s a hub for collaboration, creativity, and innovation. From color separation mastery since 2003 to garment production rooted in Teh Aas’s family tradition since the 1980s, every piece reflects a balance of technical precision and artistic soul.

Our journey has connected us with streetwear brands across Indonesia, international collaborations in Germany, Malaysia, and Singapore, and even official merchandising projects for Gundam and K-pop EXO. We’ve also partnered with major corporations and state-owned enterprises like Pertamina, Telkom, and the Ministry of Indonesia, proving that our work bridges both creative and corporate worlds.

Parental T-Shirt has also been recognized globally—becoming a finalist in the British Council International Young Creative Entrepreneur Award and winning the Printpreneure Award in 2017. These honors highlight our commitment to pushing boundaries in both creativity and entrepreneurship.
